Shipping

For your protection purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit or debit card, and must be received and signed for by someone at the billing address. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

We use the following delivery methods and the cost of delivery can be seen on each product page.

Delivery costs may vary depending on the piece; size and weight.

ORDERS – Royal Mail Special Delivery – next working day before 1pm

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – Royal Mail Airsure – Standard 2-7 working days

 

ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

 

If no-one is available at the postal address, then a card will be left indicating how you may collect your package.

 

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of order. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

CUSTOMS, TAX and DUTY – OVERSEAS DELIVERY

 

All shipment overseas will be marked as ANTIQUES. Whilst most countries to not charge duty for items that are aged 100 years or more, we do not guarantee that duty will not be charged. For further information contact your local customs office.

Some countries have restriction on certain types of materials used in jewellery. For further information please contact your local customs office.
